FAQ

  • Be respectful

Make the ride enjoyable for all. Please use headphones with your phone, keep the aisle clear, no eating or drinking (hard-sided cups with lids are OK), no smoking or vaping, no weapons, and keep language clean and in a low voice.

  • Make room for seniors and people with disabilities

  • Stow your strollers, carts, and oversized items

Strollers are allowed on the trolley. If possible, remove your child from the stroller before entering the bus and stow the stroller behind a seat. If you have a double-stroller or it doesn't collapse, use the ramp and ride in the priority seating area at the front. Carts and oversize items are also allowed on the trolley, but they must not block the aisle. When empty, the cart should be collapsed, and when full, it should be stored behind a seat.

  • Using your mobility device

All trolleys are ADA-accessible and welcome all riders using wheelchairs, power chairs, scooters, and walkers.

  • Bringing service animals

Service animals are welcome. All other animals such as dogs and cats must be in secure containers to ride the trolley.

  • Bicycles

Bicycles are not allowed within the cabin of the trolley. However, the trolley has a bicycle carrier on the front/outside of the vehicle. Please use this carrier when transporting your bike while riding the trolley.
