The service allows for scheduled deviations up to 0.75 miles off the main route. Call for deviation is not intended for field trips.

Off-route pickups and drop-offs are available with reservations (24 hours in advance or the day before) mostly to serve parts of the community beyond a 5-minute walk from the main route, as well as certified ADA passengers.
